Our client is an Australian owned and operated organisation specialising in landscaping material and have been a successful icon for over 40 years, due to business growth we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Debtors team in BELROSE. This position may start of as an Accounts Receivable Office reporting to the Credit Manager but there is great opportunity to become a supervisor for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for;
- Handling customer enquiries
- Reconcile and prepare month end roll over
- Update COD and run weekly reporting
- Importing invoices through Attache systems
- Processing CR/DR request orders
- Creating new customer accounts, investigations and reactivating existing accounts
- Ability to liaise with the sales team to ensure all customers accounts are up to date
To be successful you will need to have;
- Local accounting experience is required minimum 4 years
- Excellent communication skills
- "Can do" , positive attitude along with professionalism
- Drive to secure a role and grow within the company
- Experience using Attache and Navision software ir preferable
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Customer Service focused and the ability to multitask
- Seeing a clients needs from A to Z.
- An eye for detail, ability to multitask when it comes to services clients
