Along with proven food and beverage industry experience in Australia or oversea's, you MUST have the following;
- Experience in either banquets, A la Carte, Restaurant or buffet style
- Ability to carry 3 plates ( 5 plate clear advantageous)
- Impeccable grooming and well presented
- Strong communication skills - Fluent english
- Qld RSA
As this is hospitality, majority of the shifts are nights and weekends.
