Bluestone Recruitment extends their recruitment services to offer a new division specialising in apprentice and trainee hire to help businesses solve ongoing skills shortages and provide a cost effective solution for hiring staff.
Anita Radisic, Bluestone Recruitment’s Office & Executive Manager, said: “Our new apprenticeship and traineeship division will focus on reducing the hassle businesses go through in the process of sourcing, training and developing entry level staff.”
“Organisations often find it difficult to manage the information exchange between trainees, Registered Training Organisations and relevant government bodies. The new service aims to take on this responsibility on behalf of the organisation.”
“Organisations are often not willing to take on an apprentice or trainee in case of a downturn leaving the organisation with extra commitments. If a business is no longer able to commit to a trainee we will find another organisation that can.”
“Job seekers often find it difficult to find an appropriate traineeship or apprenticeship. This new division aims to help make more apprenticeships and traineeship positions become available.”
“We are looking forward to helping source the best potential apprentices and trainees for an organisation as well as the best traineeship or apprenticeship for jobseekers,” said Ms Radisic.
The apprenticeship and training division offers assistance to organisations through developing training plans, sourcing and liaising with appropriate organisations and organising and delivering training.
