We are looking for a highly experienced Service Technician for a temp to perm role in Mulgrave starting ASAP.
Working for a large manufacturing company of pumps and water systems your duties will include but will not be limted to:
- ensuring warranty claims are dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner
- co-ordination of maintenance schedules
- provide technical support to sales or service related issues
- develop a continuous improvement approach to service repair and corrective actions
- complete pump comissioning tasks
- provide in-house and onsite equipment servicing
The successful applicant MUST:
- be trade qualified in either electrical or mechanical
- have a good understanding of OH&S and legislation related to service functions
- be computer literate
- have previous proven experience working with pumps or similiar products
- have great written and communication skills
This is a temp to perm role, working from 8.30am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday with 40mins for lunch each day. Perm salary will be around $50k depending on experience. There is the potential to earn an extra 20% of your salary based on the company's annual performance review and they also have regular service awards.
